    We add the necessary discipline for execution on-time, on budget, and ensure we deliver a high-quality high-end system with any necessary systems integration to ensure that the business requirements for the solution are met.

    Throughout development visibility is maintained with our clients every step of the way and where possible we will provide suitable administration forms to allow key users to maintain the solution minimising in on-going consultancy costs.

    We continue our approach with deployment, training and provide the necessary documentation to ensure that the solution transitions smoothly into our client's organisation.

    Documentation consists of a process walkthrough which is geared for the business user and a technical guide aimed at IT so that they fully appreciate how the system was developed making it easier to maintain in-house.

    Most clients opt for our ongoing ‘Application Support’.
